Our Mission

VLAB is the San Francisco Bay Area chapter of the MIT Enterprise Forum, a global non-profit organization dedicated to connecting Silicon Valley’s entrepreneurs, industry experts, venture capitalists, private investors and technologists to enable them to effectively grow high-tech ventures amidst dynamic market risks and challenges.

Our History

Established in November 1990, VLAB has been a premier forum in Silicon Valley for 25 years.

Past panel participants have included CEOs and senior level executives from companies such as Yahoo!, Tesla Motors, Siri, Google, Tellme, Mint, Cloudera, and LinkedIn. We also provide opportunities for top VCs to weigh in on the conversations from Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Sequoia, Mayfield, USVP, Hummer Winblad and New Enterprise Associates.

VLAB is one of 30 worldwide chapters of the MIT Enterprise Forum, Inc and is sponsored by the Stanford University Office of Technology Licensing, and the Alumni Association of Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Our events are located at Stanford’s Cemex Auditorium at the Knight Management Center
